Depuis des ann\u00e9es, nous contribuons activement au bon fonctionnement et au d\u00e9veloppement de cette structure, dans le respect des exigences et des engagements professionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour autant, nous sommes aujourd\u2019hui contraints de tirer la sonnette d\u2019alarme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notre employeur ne nous informe pas clairement de la situation actuelle de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>. Les d\u00e9cisions sont prises de mani\u00e8re unilat\u00e9rale, sans dialogue ni transparence. Cette opacit\u00e9 alimente l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude, fragilise la confiance et compromet le climat social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pire encore<\/strong>, la salaires ne sont plus vers\u00e9s \u00e0 la date pr\u00e9vue par notre <strong>convention collective<\/strong>, ce qui est inacceptable et ill\u00e9gal.
