{"id":830,"date":"2025-06-20T01:11:09","date_gmt":"2025-06-19T23:11:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cgtbressuire.fr\/index.php\/2025\/06\/20\/victoire-24-embauches-a-lehpad-de-nemours\/"},"modified":"2025-06-20T01:11:09","modified_gmt":"2025-06-19T23:11:09","slug":"victoire-24-embauches-a-lehpad-de-nemours","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cgtbressuire.fr\/index.php\/2025\/06\/20\/victoire-24-embauches-a-lehpad-de-nemours\/","title":{"rendered":"Victoire ! 24 embauches \u00e0 l&rsquo;Ehpad de Nemours"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>L\u2019augmentation du nombre d\u2019entr\u00e9es coupl\u00e9e au refus de remplacements avait aggrav\u00e9 une situation d\u00e9j\u00e0 tendue<\/h2>\n<p>Le 16\u00a0mai\u00a02025, les agent\u00b7es de l\u2019Ehpad du Pays de Nemours et leur syndicat CGT s\u2019\u00e9taient mis\u00b7es en gr\u00e8ve et s\u2019\u00e9taient rassembl\u00e9\u00b7es devant leur \u00e9tablissement pour protester contre le sous-effectif qui d\u00e9gradait leurs conditions de travail. <strong>\u00c0 l\u2019issue de cette action, 20\u00a0postes avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 budg\u00e9t\u00e9s\u00a0\u2013\u00a0mais non pourvus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le 25\u00a0mai suivant, les repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7es du personnel avaient \u00e9mis une <strong>alerte pour danger grave et imminent (DGI)<\/strong>, car le sous-effectif mettait en p\u00e9ril la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des agent\u00b7es\u00a0: l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, l\u2019Ehpad ne comptait que 5\u00a0aides-soignant\u00b7es, 3\u00a0agent\u00b7es des services hospitaliers et 2\u00a0infirmier\u00b7es diplom\u00e9\u00b7es d\u2019\u00c9tat int\u00e9rimaires pour s\u2019occuper de 103\u00a0r\u00e9sident\u00b7es, dont certain\u00b7es souffrant de lourdes pathologies psychiatriques.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la suite de l\u2019<strong>annulation de la r\u00e9union de la F3SCT extraordinaire<\/strong> du 28\u00a0mai\u00a02025 (instance consultative compos\u00e9e de repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7es du personnel charg\u00e9e notamment de la sant\u00e9, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et et conditions de travail des agent\u00b7es de la fonction publique), pourtant obligatoire apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019un DGI, <strong>les agent\u00b7es ont d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un nouveau pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve pour le 3\u00a0juin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Les agent\u00b7es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entendu\u00b7es<\/h2>\n<p>La direction a re\u00e7u le syndicat CGT avec un d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de service de l\u2019Ehpad pour la n\u00e9gociation du pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve du 3\u00a0juin. Les \u00e9changes ont abouti \u00e0 un accord entre la direction, la CGT et les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s de service Ehpad pour un nouveau plan d&rsquo;actions actant l\u2019embauche imm\u00e9diate de 24\u00a0agent\u00b7es \u00e0 partir de juin\u00a02025\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>13\u00a0aides-soignant\u00b7es dont\u00a02 de nuit<\/strong>\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>7\u00a0agent\u00b7es des services hospitaliers<\/strong>\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>4\u00a0infirmier\u00b7es dipl\u00f4m\u00e9\u00b7es d\u2019\u00c9tat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les agent\u00b7es de l\u2019Ehpad Pays de Nemours se disent satisfait\u00b7es de cette victoire, mais tou\u00b7tes restent vigilent\u00b7es. Dans un communiqu\u00e9 du syndicat CGT du centre hospitalier de Nemours (dont d\u00e9pend l\u2019\u00e9tablissement), elles et ils d\u00e9clarent\u00a0: <em>\u00ab\u00a0il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 des candidatures d\u00e9pos\u00e9es.
